KSF Technologies assigns a coordinator for each customer project. The main role of the coordinator is to stay in close touch with the customer on project issues. The coordinator adjusts his daily schedule in order to be available as much as possible for the client every day - be it for a direct phone call or an online chat conversation - regardless of time zone differences between countries.
If required, our personnel is able to travel to a customer’s location and work on-site for some period of time. This can be especially convenient during the launch and delivery phases of a project or to improve communications between the on-site and off-site development teams during the project life cycle.
