Start up
Any technical project starts with a deep analysis of the customer's problem area. Any general information about the task (not necessarily represented as a technical specification) may be useful at this initial stage. KSF Technologies analytics will process it and generate corresponding technical documents and technical guidelines for further negotiations. Formal documents generated at this stage will contain a proposed solution overview, a system architecture draft, an alternatives and risks analysis, and a raw time estimations.
 
Flow
If the customer generally accepts the proposed solution then the elaboration phase of projects starts. During this stage all technical specifications are finalized (system design, system requirements analysis, use-case analysis and so on), final development time estimation and calendar plan are submitted. This is a stage of signing a contract with the customer, after which development process goes strictly according to submitted project plan.
